Pre-Order T&C

1. Item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions.
2. Item(s) may differ from actual product received, as displayed photo(s) are provided by suppliers. All photos are provided by suppliers unless mentioned.
3. There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
4. To confirm your order(s), 100% payment has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.
5. Order(s) cannot be cancelled, revised or refunded once payment is received, except in cases when the item(s) run out of stock. A full refund will then be credited to your bank account or a selection of another item(s), in which the difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
6. If we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline, your order(s) will be cancelled by us.
7. Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email, so that verification can be done.
8. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 1-2 weeks or more from the date line for items to be delivered.
9. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, we will inform buyers in prior via email.
10. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, we advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
11. All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
